About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will act as an ambassador within our branches. You will focus on putting clients first and finding solutions for their individual needs. This role is designed for those who want to build a career in banking while supporting client acquisition and deepening existing relationships.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients directly in the branch to provide an excellent service experience.
- Complete transactions and identify opportunities for sales or referrals.
- Teach clients how to use our technology and demonstrate digital tools.
- Contribute to team results by offering advice and connecting clients with internal partners.
- Resolve and prevent banking problems for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure a collaborative team environment.
- Manage risk by following all compliance routines, processes, and controls.
What you'll need#

- Self-motivation, drive, and excellent communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with others.
- Digital literacy across various devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.

- Pursuing or completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A track record in building client relationships and Mutual Funds accreditation are considered assets.
