About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Toronto, supporting the Business Banking Community. This role is paid and open to students currently enrolled in post-secondary education, including Business Administration and other fields.
What you'll do#
- Process and maintain records for service requests, corrections, and changes.
- Communicate with stakeholders via telephone and email.
- Manage team inboxes to ensure high efficiency.
- Build reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Identify and assess opportunities to improve operations.
- Contribute to the business objectives of the Business Banking Community.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your workload effectively.
- A strong sense of Attitude, Ownership, and Opportunity.
