About the role#
This position focuses on client-centered sales and problem-solving. You will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients with their daily banking needs and collaborating with partners to help them reach their financial goals. Your work involves onboarding new clients, demonstrating digital banking tools, and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch and the community to uncover banking needs.
- Provide advice and identify sales or referral opportunities.
- Educate clients on products and demonstrate digital banking tools.
- Respond to client requests and assist with financial transactions.
- Listen to clients to understand their individual needs.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
- Maintain relationships with partners to build business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and people skills.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- Digital literacy across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Availability to work all business hours.
- Students or graduates in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- A track record in financial or service industry relationships is preferred.
- Mutual Funds accreditation, such as the Canadian Securities Course, is preferred.
