About the role#
This is a four-month internship within the Global Procurement Sourcing teams at RBC. You will work within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office group. The placement runs from January 2027 through April 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Draft and prepare contractual agreements.
- Review contracts to ensure they meet company policy requirements.
- Coordinate with internal business partners and external suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure pricing and commercial terms.
- Attend procurement team meetings and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution in Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- You must be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.
- Work arrangements including remote, hybrid, or on-site options will be determined with the hiring manager.
- To be eligible, you must be returning to school after April 2027 or require this work term as a mandatory graduation requirement.
