About the role#
This is an 8-12 month student opportunity within the Technology & Operations division at RBC. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Control Officer, and Communications Analyst. This is a full-time, paid position starting in Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business requirement documents to track and resolve software issues.
- Research and document stakeholder needs to support the development of business solutions.
- Create process documents, end-user manuals, and training materials.
- Maintain web content, including FAQs and user guides.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure IT project portfolio data is accurate and variances are corrected.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules.
- Ensure communication needs for Technology & Operations functional areas are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution in a program such as Business Technology Management, Business Analysis, Commerce, Project Management, or Communications Design.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a creative and analytical thinker.
- Knowledge of business analysis processes, including requirements gathering and use cases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments effectively.
