About the role#
The AI Business Enablement team at RBC identifies and shapes opportunities for machine learning and generative AI to create business value. You will join the Innovation and Tech team to support our portfolio of projects, working alongside domain experts, researchers, and software engineers.
What you'll do#
- Define and document standardized ways of working for the team, including processes for project intake, AI opportunity assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and implement operational infrastructure, such as shared templates and knowledge base structures, to ensure consistency.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for best practices, lessons learned, and reusable project assets.
- Support business operations management by facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and coordinating across team members.
- Build onboarding and enablement materials, including playbooks and process guides, to help new members understand our mandate and engagement model.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of business analysis processes like requirements gathering, documentation, and process design.
- Understanding of IT standards and methodologies such as SDLC and Product-Market Fit.
- Prior co-op or internship experience in operations, consulting, project coordination, or process improvement.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid 8-month internship for Winter 2027.
- The role is based on-site at RBC Waterpark Place in Toronto, Ontario.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution.
