About the role#
This is a 4-month internship within the Financial Crimes Governance Function at RBC. You will work within one of several specialized teams, such as Policies & Procedures, Controls, Business Management, Training and Communications, or Reporting. This position runs from January 2027 to April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage governance documents, reports, and inventories.
- Analyze, deliver, and implement various projects.
- Build solutions using current technologies to meet business needs.
- Support team logistics and operational activities, including workspace planning.
- Find better ways to improve processes and tools.
- Contribute to the broader RBC development community as part of an agile team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership initiative and a desire to work in a professional environment.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The position is full-time and on-site.
- You must be returning to school after the work term or require this placement as a mandatory graduation component.
