About the role#
As a Wealth Contact Center Intern, you will report to the Senior Manager of Service and Performance Effectiveness. You will collaborate with partners across the Wealth and Contact Center divisions to plan, develop, and execute programs aimed at addressing client and colleague irritants. This role focuses on transforming workflows to improve the client experience.
What you'll do#
- Identify and track process irritants and points of friction.
- Plan, develop, and manage programs to resolve workflow issues.
- Deliver practical process and workflow solutions.
- Influence partners to implement enterprise tools that meet contact center needs.
- Inventory and rank top process barriers and optimization requirements.
- Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommended solutions.
- Assist the team with reporting, analytics, and daily business activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration, Economics, or Finance program.
- Confidence to lead and manage a business management workstream.
- Ability to focus on short to medium term strategy.
- Adaptability to business process constraints and organizational practices.
- Sound knowledge of industry, market trends, and external competition.
- Understanding of investment solutions, services, and key competitors.
- Strength in interacting with business leaders to optimize resources.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

- Compensation: $48,000 - $68,000 CAD.
