About the role#
The Graduate Leadership Program in Commercial Banking is a full-time, paid summer internship designed for individuals pursuing a graduate degree. This role involves solving complex problems, leading projects with varying risk levels, and acting as a subject matter expert. You will work on internal and external research projects while identifying process improvements to automate and streamline decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects and build stakeholder alignment across the organization.
- Conduct meaningful analysis to inform senior-level decision making.
- Represent the business on cross-functional working groups and strategic initiatives.
- Develop accurate research and reporting with insightful commentary.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality.
- Advise senior management and influence business outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks to protect the interests of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a history of delivering results.
- Foundational experience working with large and complex datasets, including data preparation, analysis, and validation.
- Proficiency with analytics and automation tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or Power Apps.
- A strong interest in applying artificial intelligence to Commercial Banking processes, including analytics, workflow automation, and decision support.
- Ability to explain technical solutions and operate within data governance and security expectations.
