About the role#
The Summer Graduate Leadership Internship Program is a 10-week opportunity focused on Retail Banking Strategy and AI. This program is designed to prepare participants for a full-time, two-year development program. You will work on real-world transformational challenges aimed at improving the lives of clients, colleagues, and communities. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Conduct internal and external research projects to inform business decisions.
- Develop detailed, accurate, and timely research and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to automate and streamline analysis.
- Advise and present to senior management to influence strategic decisions.
- Build stakeholder alignment while leading projects and functional activities.
- Represent the business on cross-functional working groups and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a history of delivering strong results.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Comfort working with data and translating insights into actionable business steps.
