About the role#
The US Graduate Leadership Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship. It is designed to prepare you for a 2-year direct to impact development program. You will work on real-world transformational challenges aimed at bettering the lives of clients, colleagues, and communities. This role involves providing specialized analytics, insights, and research to support functional strategy.
What you'll do#
- Conduct internal and external research projects to support management presentations.
- Develop detailed, accurate, and timely research and reporting with insightful commentary.
- Represent the business on cross-functional and cross-product working groups and forums.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Use performance data to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess program effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to automate or streamline analysis.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear takeaways.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a history of delivering strong results.
- Ability to create concise, executive-ready materials as a clear communicator.
- Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.

- Locations: New York, New York and Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $65.00 - $67.00 USD per hour.
