About the role#
This is a 12-week structured internship program at Capital City Bank Group, Inc. designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional banking environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive regular coaching, and complete a meaningful capstone project. The role is paid and part-time, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 4:00 and Friday from 10:00 to 3:00.
What you'll do#
- Support team projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and summarize your findings.
- Analyze information to develop recommendations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business materials.
- Participate in meetings and contribute your own ideas.
- Assist with process improvement or documentation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on a defined project.
- Complete a capstone project that aligns with organizational needs and your learning objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a business or marketing program, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A strong interest in marketing or banking.
- A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated reliability, curiosity, and initiative.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Previous exposure to business or finance through coursework, projects, or volunteer experience is a plus.
- Experience working on team-based projects.
