About the role#
Capital City Bank Group, Inc. offers a structured 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional banking environment. This is a learning-focused opportunity where interns work alongside experienced professionals, receive regular coaching, and complete a capstone project. You will gain exposure to organizational operations and develop practical skills to support your future career.
What you'll do#
- Support team projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and summarize your findings.
- Analyze information to develop recommendations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute your own ideas.
- Assist with process improvement or documentation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on specific projects.
- Complete a final capstone project that aligns with organizational needs and your learning objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in business or finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A strong interest in the banking or finance industry.
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated reliability, curiosity, and initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Experience working on team-based projects is a plus.
- Prior coursework, projects, or volunteer experience in business or finance.
Location & details#
- Location: Tallahassee, Florida, USA.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 to 4:00, and Friday 10:00 to 3:00.
- Term: 12 weeks.
