About the role#
As a Digital Banking Systems Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the technology and systems that power modern banking. You will work alongside professionals across Digital Banking, Information Technology, and Operations to maintain the tools customers use to manage their finances. This role provides exposure to financial technology, systems management, and data analysis within a regulated banking environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the support and monitoring of digital banking systems, including online and mobile platforms.
- Research, document, and troubleshoot system issues and support requests.
- Participate in system testing for upgrades, enhancements, and new features.
- Analyze data and prepare reports and operational metrics using Excel.
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and reference materials.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand how digital systems support customer needs.
- Participate in a collaborative summer intern project to solve a real business challenge and present findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Rising junior or senior status pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, or charts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work both independently and within a team.
- Coursework or project experience involving data analysis, programming, or business technology.
- Exposure to application testing, troubleshooting, or technical support is helpful.
