About the role#
The 2027 Summer Internship Program in Risk offers a 10-week experience designed to provide insight into our banking operations. You will work within our risk management teams to ensure we maintain a clear understanding of the risk landscape while operating within our defined risk appetite. This is a non-rotational program that includes professional development training, networking with senior leaders, and a formal peer-mentoring program.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned Line of Business in the development and execution of projects.
- Embody our shared commitments and focus on the customer experience.
- Participate in community service projects.
- Take part in a 6-week innovation challenge.
- Work alongside teams specializing in areas such as compliance, financial risk, financial crime, market and liquidity risk, and treasury.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary degree program in a business-related discipline.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Available locations include Mount Laurel, New Jersey; New York, New York; Greenville, South Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Portland, Maine.
