About the role#
As a P&C Product Management Analyst Intern, you will join the Go-to-Market State Product Management team. This group oversees growth and financial results for Auto, Homeowners, and Renters insurance products. You will work alongside a manager and a mentor to contribute to real business projects, build professional relationships, and gain experience in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with pricing, underwriting, and sales teams to complete product-specific assignments.
- Perform financial and member impact analyses to support profitable growth for assigned states.
- Monitor and interpret data regarding profitability, competitiveness, and sales performance to provide recommendations.
- Use analytical and technical skills to create plans for addressing local and national business challenges.
- Build a working knowledge of the laws and regulatory environments governing your assigned states.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- An expected graduation date no earlier than August 2027.
- Proven experience in researching, compiling, and analyzing data.
- Practical experience using data querying tools and dashboards.
- A foundational understanding of business strategy, operations, and industry trends.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer 2027 term.

- This role is based on-site in San Antonio, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
