About the role#
The BNY Product Management Internship provides students with hands-on experience in the product lifecycle. You will work on strategic projects involving product discovery, design, development, and delivery. This role offers insight into how BNY builds platforms and experiences that support business goals and client needs.
What you'll do#
- Research user behavior, client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Participate in discovery activities by gathering feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Support roadmap development by organizing requirements and synthesizing research.
- Evaluate early product concepts and prototypes to identify improvements.
- Document product requirements, user journeys, process flows, and other artifacts.
- Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams to move ideas from discovery to launch.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Preference for business or technology-related majors.
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.
