About the role#
This internship with the Office of the COO provides exposure to how a global financial services organization operates at scale. You will work with teams focused on operational excellence, governance, and business management. The role is designed for students interested in operational strategy, technology, and the execution required to move enterprise priorities forward.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
- Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
- Research AI use cases and document opportunities to improve processes or decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, preferably in business or technology-related majors.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work without employment visa sponsorship.
- An interest in business management, operational strategy, and technology.
