About the role#
As a Data Product Analyst Co-op, you will join the Personal Wealth Data Strategy and Management team. You will work on building trusted data products that support analytics, AI capabilities, and business decision-making. This six-month role offers hands-on experience in how data products are validated, governed, and delivered within a large-scale organization.
What you'll do#
- Support data discovery and profiling to understand business processes and datasets.
- Document business rules, data definitions, requirements, and success criteria.
- Analyze data to identify quality issues, trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Partner with Data Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to support delivery initiatives.
- Contribute to reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, or technology through coursework, projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Exposure to analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a desire to learn new technologies and business concepts.
- 0 to 3 years of developer experience.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June/July).
- Modality: Hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday onsite).
- Employment: Full time, paid.
