About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship in Investment Systems offers a chance to work where technology meets investing. You will join Agile teams to build and support systems that power portfolio management, trading, and investment operations. This program combines project work with mentorship and coaching to help you build both technical and business skills.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and enhancement of systems for trading and investment operations.
- Work with financial data to help drive insights and decision-making.
- Partner with engineers, analysts, and investment professionals to deliver technology solutions.
- Participate in Agile teams to design, test, and deliver new features.
- Learn how technology supports funds, ETFs, and investment strategies.
- Build relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders across the company.
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in financial services and how technology enables investing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn technical concepts and investment topics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or leadership aspirations.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.

- Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
