About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship is a full-time, paid summer program designed to provide hands-on experience within our Technology Operations division. You will work on real-world assignments, receive mentorship from professionals, and gain exposure to the software life cycle. This program focuses on building your technical expertise while helping us deliver results for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Build and manage systems and operations that support our internal and external performance.
- Support client outcomes to help investors reach their goals.
- Gain practical experience in infrastructure, network engineering, and automation using Agile and LEAN methodologies.
- Contribute your insights to projects both individually and as part of a team.
- Connect with senior leaders, program managers, and peers to build your professional network.
- Meet regularly with managers for coaching and feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a related technical field.
- A strong interest in platform engineering, network operations, and infrastructure.
- Effective problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or clear leadership aspirations.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
