About the role#
The Global Operations and Business Services Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week opportunity designed to develop future talent within the banking sector. You will immerse yourself in functional teams, learn key operations, and contribute to projects that define how the business functions. This role is based in New York City for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Learn key team functions and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for customers.
- Support process improvement initiatives to drive greater efficiency.
- Lead unique projects within Global Operations and Business Services.
- Develop and implement new products, services, applications, or workflows.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate key problems by assessing process drivers.
- Engage with other teams through job shadowing and speaker series events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year university or college degree program.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A preferred major in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Technical aptitude in tools like Python, Alteryx, or UiPath is considered an asset.
