About the role#
This internship supports Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will work alongside the Regional O&M Manager, engineers, and site teams to track operational priorities, analyze performance data, and maintain documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in facility operations, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do#
- Support the Regional O&M Manager with day-to-day coordination of O&M activities.
- Collect and consolidate site-level O&M performance data into regional reports.
- Review Maximo/CMMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain regional schedules for major preventive maintenance, shutdowns, equipment maintenance, and vendor activities.
- Assist in the development and revision of SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, job plans, and checklists.
- Track operational KPIs such as preventive maintenance compliance, work order backlogs, and resource utilization.
What you'll need#
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting facilities or project coordination on construction projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with Maximo is strongly preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage.

- This position is based on-site in Chandler, Arizona.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
