About the role#
This is a 10 to 11 week paid internship during the summer of 2027. You will work on real business projects within our Snacking Commercial Operations team. The program provides training, mentorship, and access to professional development resources. You will also participate in social engagement activities to network with peers and senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Manage relationships with our suppliers.
- Analyze internal and external manufacturing processes.
- Perform data analysis to address security of supply challenges.
- Execute end to end demand and material supply planning.
- Solve complex operational problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- You must be in the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- Reliable personal transportation to the work site.

- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- Locations include Hackettstown, New Jersey; Chicago, Illinois; or Battle Creek, Michigan.
