About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join the Operations Planning team to help scale our autonomous fleet and depot operations. This role is hybrid and based in San Francisco.
What you'll do#
- Design frameworks and models to answer complex operational questions and optimize depot performance.
- Work with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and present initiatives that support commercial scaling and growth.
- Improve planning processes and help maintain the Plan of Record.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus on operations, supply chain, analytics, technology, or strategy.
- Experience building data-driven models to address operational bottlenecks, efficiency, or large-scale cost decisions.
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and general data analytics.
- Executive communication skills.
- We prefer candidates with experience in physical operations such as manufacturing, transportation, or hospitals, as well as familiarity with SQL or other data analysis languages.
