About the role#
As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will help scale one of the most important growth channels at Neighbor: Google Maps. This role is execution-focused and involves setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with company hosts. This is a part-time internship of approximately 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain Google Maps pins for listings by working directly with hosts.
- Ensure all pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, and business details.
- Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations.
- Build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as rank, impressions, and clicks, and report on learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
- Majors in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Ability to work onsite at the Neighbor headquarters in Lehi, UT.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work.
- Comfort communicating with hosts via phone, email, and text.
- Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting.
