About the role#
The Operations Internship at Huntington National Bank provides hands-on experience within our Enterprise Operations team. You will work on projects across areas such as credit modernization, enterprise fraud, commercial business products, and process improvement. This is a full-time, paid summer role designed to help you build a foundation for your career while contributing to actual business initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate directly with your manager on daily tasks and departmental initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to improve your assigned department.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in all Huntington internship events and professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university.
- At least one quarter or semester of school remaining after the summer program concludes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently or within a team structure.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Preferred majors include Operations Management or Business Administration.
