About the role#
The Distribution, Business Management & OCR Internship provides hands-on experience within the Cash & ATM Distribution Group at Huntington National Bank. You will work on banking operations and ATM/ITM fleet management, contributing to projects that drive operational improvements. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for students interested in banking, business analysis, and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate directly with your manager on business initiatives.
- Support department goals and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in a team project focused on applying the Huntington innovation framework to business problems.
- Gain exposure to ATM/ITM functionality, fleet optimization, and process automation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
