About the role#
The Enterprise Payments internship provides hands-on experience in the strategy, development, and oversight of payment products. You will work across analytics, reporting, data strategy, and risk governance. This program is designed to help you build a foundation for your career while contributing to business initiatives in merchant services, commercial cards, and treasury management.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate directly with your manager on daily responsibilities.
- Support department initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work independently and within a team to complete assigned tasks.
- Participate in all internship events, including professional development sessions and volunteer activities.
- Engage with senior leadership to gain insight into business functions and career paths.
- Take initiative to achieve your personal career goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with at least one academic term remaining after the summer program.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong interest in a career in banking.
- Ability to maintain professional composure and exhibit a business-like demeanor.
- Sound judgment and the ability to apply logical or critical thought processes.
- Relevant coursework in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, or Political Science.

- Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
