About the role#
We are looking for students to join the Bank of Canada for the Winter 2027 term. You will support various administration, operations, and communications functions. This placement offers exposure to the central bank and its role in the Canadian economy. You will work on projects within departments such as Corporate Services, Communications, Human Resources, or Financial Services. This is a paid position designed to help you apply your academic learning to professional tasks.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate college or university program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, or Economics.
- Intent to return to school for the next academic term.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to obtain Reliability security clearance.
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: This position offers a hybrid work model. You are expected to be on-site at a Bank location for a minimum of 12 days per month if you live within a reasonable commuting distance. If you live outside of commuting distance, you may work 100% remotely from within Canada.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate ranging from $22.84 to $30.94.
