About the role#
This student work placement offers hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will work alongside technology professionals to design, deliver, and support the platforms, systems, and applications that enable the Bank to operate. You will gain exposure to real-world technology challenges while helping maintain resilient and secure operations.
What you'll do#
- Engage in IT systems development.
- Participate in web development projects.
- Conduct cyber security assessment tasks.
- Provide IT technical support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate college or university program related to IT or technology.
- You must be returning to school in the next academic term.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Eligibility to obtain Reliability security clearance.
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Location: Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: Hybrid. You are expected to be on site at the Bank location a minimum of 12 days per month. You must live in Canada within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate ranging from $22.84 to $30.94.
- Employment type: Full-time.
