About the role#
The Wealth Operations Center of Excellence is a strategic team within the Wealth National Office. This group partners with Platform and Journey teams to deliver key programs and initiatives. You will work on operational process optimization and help implement scalable solutions. This role provides exposure to transformational projects, including the retail Mutual Fund Conversion, which involves transitioning legacy accounts to Multi-Holding Accounts.
What you'll do#
- Support business analysis tasks such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate program activities by tracking milestones, documenting decisions, and maintaining alignment across internal teams.
- Assist with change readiness efforts, including the creation of training materials and stakeholder communications.
- Identify ways to improve processes, reduce operational friction, and enhance the experience for clients and employees.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to a collaborative environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, specifically in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- At least 1-2 prior internship experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- A basic understanding of agile frameworks and scaled agility principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to medium-sized audiences.
