About the role#
As a Project Management Analyst, you will join the team to support program execution and provide process guidance to stakeholders. You will work alongside program planners and controls leaders to connect project activities across the full design, buy, build, and test value chain. This role requires a systems engineering mindset to develop solutions for decision-making and advance the use of statistical analysis to drive data-based results.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and control schedule aspects of the project.
- Ensure schedule integrity by keeping it credible, current, comprehensive, and controlled.
- Prepare various analyses and reports for program stakeholders.
- Lead training initiatives to support team processes.
- Collaborate with the program team to support overall project execution.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build interpersonal relationships.
- Creative and dynamic approach to problem solving.
- Pursuing studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: This position is exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Requirements: The selected candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check and obtain all necessary clearances for handling controlled goods.
