About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Planning Global team in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on supporting production schedules, analyzing workflows, and coordinating logistics to meet operational targets.
What you'll do#
- Update planning tools to support the sector master plan.
- Communicate plan amendments to relevant teams.
- Monitor plan adhesion and track progress on final assembly and manufacturing lines.
- Analyze production cycles at the workstation level to identify and solve deviations.
- Coordinate recovery plans when delays or non-compliance occur.
- Review labor plans, component demand, and learning curves.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies for interior finishing activities.
- Plan daily operations based on plant capacity and profitability goals.
- Support the management of product changes.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, methods, industrial engineering, and quality departments.
- Participate in improvement projects such as 5S and cost reduction initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with clear communication skills.
