About the role#
This internship supports the Program Management Office for Global and Challenger Avionics. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of aerospace experts across several sites. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate communication between internal departments including Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance.
- Manage meeting logistics, including setting agendas, hosting topics, and tracking action items.
- Assist in the preparation and release of written documents such as coordination memos and program directives.
- Interact with international aerospace partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Prepare materials for senior management reviews and present status updates on the program.
- Perform data analysis to ensure alignment across the program.
- Support the change management process with a focus on business cases, schedules, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain tools for budget tracking.
- Engage in strategic planning and financial tracking activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary institution in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both oral and written. French language skills are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with VBA or Power BI is an asset.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a professional attitude.
- Interest in the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work as a team player and commit to project objectives.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Note: This position is open to current students only. Interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
