About the role#
Bombardier is looking for an intern to join the Advanced Design department in St-Laurent. This is a full-time, paid internship for Winter 2027. You will work in a hybrid environment and may occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
What you'll do#
- Develop tools for geometrical optimization.
- Help the Advanced Design team build and validate new software.
- Run case studies to test and validate these geometrical tools.
- Participate in the early development phases of new aircraft concepts.
- Collaborate with experts across different technical disciplines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university program for Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Completion of at least two years of your degree.
- Strong interest in aerospace, aircraft design, and software development.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of C/C++, Matlab, or Fortran.
- Experience with Dash is a plus.
- A motivated, curious, and independent approach to work.
