About the role#
This internship focuses on supply chain performance and project governance. You will gain hands-on experience with real-world business data, contribute to executive-level reporting, and work with professionals across the company to support strategic planning and decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Build and design dashboards and reporting tools to track project and business KPIs.
- Create templates to monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare governance materials such as slide decks, charts, and data summaries for executive reviews.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, define KPIs, and standardize reporting.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from project and governance stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools is an asset.
- A basic understanding of data analysis, project management concepts, and KPIs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in data storytelling and visualization best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in both English and French for daily work.
Location & details#
- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
- Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work on-site at least two days per week at a Montreal facility.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship for current students only.
