About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work in a hybrid capacity at our Dorval facility. This role is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Update planning tools to support the sector master plan and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor plan adherence, specifically tracking cycles and delay hours.
- Analyze production cycles at the workstation level to track progress on final assembly and manufacturing lines.
- Identify deviations from production plans and develop solutions using planning strategies.
- Manage recovery plans when production lines face delays or non-compliance.
- Coordinate logistics strategies for interior finishing activities.
- Plan day-to-day operations based on plant capacity, constraints, and profitability goals.
- Translate product changes into detailed plans.
- Collaborate with production, internal and supply logistics, methods, industrial engineering, and quality teams.
- Contribute to improvement projects such as 5S, cost reduction, and value-added production.
- Review labor plans, component demand, progress reports, and learning curves.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations and Logistics Management.
- Fluency in both French and English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining team spirit.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented approach to tasks.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Note: Interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
