About the role#
This internship provides support for financial operations governance and various team requests. You will work on-site at our Longueuil facility from January 5th to April 23rd, 2027. The role requires intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness to complete assigned mandates.
What you'll do#
- Provide support for accounts payable reconciliation, including analyzing root causes of unreconciled items and developing action plans.
- Support the internal audit process.
- Assist with the semi-annual inventory review process.
- Produce monthly financial reports.
- Develop training materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Current pursuit of studies in Finance or Accounting.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
- Mastery of Excel and experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain clearances for handling controlled goods.
