About the role#
This internship provides experience within the New Development Programs supply chain team. You will support procurement activities and assist in the preparation of business cases and executive-level governance material. This position is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support a Senior Agent with daily procurement tasks.
- Create project plans and track the progress of initiatives on a weekly basis.
- Prepare governance materials for executive review.
- Work with legal documentation and assist in the preparation of business cases.
- Participate in the development of negotiation strategies and contractual terms.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration or Supply Chain Management program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in both English and French.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Capacity to summarize data and explain complex ideas clearly through reports and presentations.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good contractual knowledge and a strong customer orientation.
- Previous experience with change management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Dorval, Quebec.
- You must be able to work on-site at a Montreal facility at least two days per week.
- The position is open to current students only, not new graduates.
- Interns may occasionally be required to travel outside of Canada for work or training purposes.
