About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Business Information Systems team to support supply chain and procurement functions. This role is open to current students only, not recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and generate Non-Disclosure Agreements between the company and suppliers.
- Schedule and participate in weekly project reviews and monthly cost review meetings.
- Manage and update contract documents on SharePoint.
- Support the procurement process for the Project Management Office.
- Follow up on invoice queries from suppliers.
- Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the BIS IT Procurement team with daily tasks and ensure rigor in internal supply chain processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or Business Administration program.
- Strong MS Excel and Office suite skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
- Experience or knowledge of SharePoint and SAP is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex ideas through reports and presentations.
- A proactive approach to identifying data inaccuracies and proposing solutions.
- Strong customer service skills and an organized, autonomous work style.
Location & details#
- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work on-site at least two days per week.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- This position is paid.
