About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting the project management office and continuous improvement efforts within our logistics operations. You will contribute to the efficiency of a complex, just-in-time global supply chain. Key areas of focus include logistics infrastructure, distribution, customs, warehousing, inventory control, and packaging materials engineering.
What you'll do#
- Take charge of and autonomously complete projects of varying sizes that directly impact logistics operations.
- Support project managers by gathering technical requirements and data, performing impact and cost-benefit analyses, and tracking project tasks.
- Produce action plans and meeting reports while communicating project progress.
- Participate in the implementation of new performance indicators.
- Support the optimization of material transfers across different sites.
- Assist in the deployment of our continuous improvement operating system.
- Perform day-to-day operations support tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, supply chain, business intelligence, or an equivalent field.
- Experience managing industrial logistics projects with tangible deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in French, with a functional knowledge of English for reading technical documentation and communicating with international stakeholders.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
- This is a paid internship position.
