About the role#
As an intern supporting the team of Executive Assistants at our headquarters, you will gain hands-on experience with the operations of a global company. You will work closely with senior executives to understand business alignment and coordination while developing analytical skills in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the coordination and consolidation of projects managed by the executive team.
- Assist with data collection and the creation of business analytics reports to help inform decision-making.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and other business activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and workflows.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide logistical support.
- Manage special projects, reports, and presentations as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to work on-site.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A working knowledge of English to handle technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and the ability to obtain necessary clearances for handling controlled goods.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
