About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within Business Process Management (BPM) at Pratt & Whitney Canada. You will join the team for the Winter 2027 term, working on-site to support engine manufacturing operations through process improvement and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Review KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Conduct root cause analysis on data trends, including production delays and quality issues.
- Facilitate team meetings and workshops to drive process improvements.
- Teach Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile tools to employees to support problem-solving.
- Test new workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Update process documentation and track the progress of improvements against baseline metrics.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Enrollment in the third or fourth year of your program at a Canadian university.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Working knowledge of English to read technical instructions and communicate with international colleagues.

- Location: 1000 Blvd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, QC, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: On-site, 5 days per week.
- Status: Full-time internship.
- Note: Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and obtaining required clearances for handling controlled goods.
