About the role#
This Systems Engineer internship is based in Annapolis, Maryland. You will work on-site as part of the Systems Excellence Department. This position requires U.S. citizenship to access program information. The role is full-time and follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle, from initial concepts to final product sell-off.
- Support AMQS messaging engineering through troubleshooting, programming, and verification tasks.
- Integrate complex technology and resolve interface issues.
- Perform hardware installation and maintenance.
- Evaluate system performance and demonstrate products for final approval.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program for Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Experience with coding and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with AMQS.

- Location: Annapolis, Maryland.

- Compensation: This position is paid, with a salary range of 37,000 USD to 82,000 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, subject to specific business unit terms.
