About the role#
This internship focuses on capturing and documenting critical manufacturing knowledge. You will work directly with manufacturing analysts and engineers to organize their expertise into accessible training materials. Your contributions will help preserve technical knowledge through documents, videos, and drawings. This role is based in Longueuil, Quebec, and runs from January 5 to April 23, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and perform comparative studies for parts involved in resourcing projects.
- Create training materials including technical documents, videos, and drawings.
- Assist manufacturing specialists with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to document critical skills and processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Pursuit of a degree in mechanical, aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Working knowledge of English to interpret technical plans, drawings, and specialized instructions.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil.
- Completion of a criminal background check and clearance for handling controlled goods is required for this position.
