About the role#
As a Customer Manager intern, you will act as the primary point of contact for major clients within our engine component repair facility. You will work alongside a diverse team of shop employees and commercial colleagues to provide support throughout the repair process. This role involves managing pre-delivery and after-sale communications, including technical status updates, repair cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
What you'll do#
- Provide front-line support to major customers in an engine component repair environment.
- Represent the company as the primary contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams such as Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
- Interpret customer requirements to ensure they are met while building strong professional relationships.
- Manage customer accounts and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on key account strategies.
- Prepare for and support customer visits, contract reviews, and quarterly business meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Pursuit of a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain and Operations Management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.

- Location: Saint-Hubert, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
