About the role#
This is an 8-month internship supporting the EcoJet Project Engineering Management team. You will work on technical projects within the Research and Technology department. This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Support project management activities for technical initiatives.
- Develop, track, and update project schedules.
- Maintain financial metrics and project planning components.
- Set up monitoring processes with project stakeholders.
- Create weekly and monthly progress presentations.
- Design flow diagrams.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, including risk, opportunity, and change management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university engineering program or a field related to aerospace.
- Completion of at least two years of your degree.
- Experience or a strong interest in project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI and the ability to build dashboards and reports.
- Experience using project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A curious, motivated, and independent mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
- Compensation: CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Note: This role is open to students only, not new graduates. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work.
