About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our facility in Longueuil, Quebec, from January 5th to April 23rd, 2027. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 15:00.
What you'll do#
- Manage employees in a unionized environment by assigning tasks and serving as a department resource.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly while applying collective agreement rules.
- Act as an agent for occupational health and safety compliance.
- Deploy strategies to reduce non-quality.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to layout, environment, and productivity.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Current studies in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to work on-site.
- Mastery of basic office software including Excel, Outlook, and One Note.
- Working knowledge of English to read technical plans and communicate with international colleagues.
- Strong communication, leadership, and diplomacy skills.
- Assets include experience in manufacturing, lean methodologies, SAP software, or change management.

- Location: 1000 Blvd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Quebec.
- Modality: On-site, 5 days per week.
- Status: Paid internship.
- Note: The selected candidate must pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary clearances for handling controlled goods.
