About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You will work on-site to support the KC-135 platform. This role requires U.S. citizenship to access program information. You must be able to work on-site for test events and environment updates.
What you'll do#
- Learn and apply KC-135 systems engineering processes.
- Capture, define, allocate, verify, and validate system requirements.
- Support system tests in a lab environment during both formal and informal events.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for the KC-135.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant STEM discipline.
- Active enrollment status through the end of your internship or co-op session.
- Previous experience with KC-135 platform systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Cedar Rapids.
